Created by Alexandre Gabriel of Cognac Ferrand in partnership with Cocktail Historian Dave Wondrich. This is a recreation of a forgotten style of Cognac that was originally used to create many of the classic cocktails in the 1800's from the Sazerac, to the Julep, to the Crusta. Much artistry was required to recreate this style of spirit including using a wide range of Cognacs from 2 to 30 years old.
