Vanilla bouquet with floral notes of roses and violets. Apple and pear flavours develop when tasting. A mature, 10 year old Grande Champagne cognac. The Ambre is pure, warm comfort. Mellow, rounded, richly aromatic, redolent of prunes and apricots and peaches, with surprisingly little wood evident. Instead there is light spicy cinnamon and a whisper of vanilla, a distinct floral note of roses, and a wonderful whiff of fresh pastries baking in the oven.
