A bounty of rich aromas on the nose everything is there nectarine, white pear, clover honey and subtle hints of coconut all on display. This wine has strong mineral definition, yet a supple mouth feeling and good length due to the gentle lees stirring. The palate is subtle but complex with persimmon, red apple, a hint of white pepper and a faint suggestion of rose petal. Isabel has returned to the modern Alsatian style of Pinot Gris, hinting towards the drier and more mineral focused wine they are known for.
