The NV Brut is always the best expression of the style of a great Champagne House. To show the exceptional quality of Ayala Brut Majeur, a 'Zero Dosage' has been created, based on the blend of our Brut Majeur with absolutely no dosage. Ayala Brut Nature is quality expressed in the wine's most pure style. This cuvee has an extremely high level of 93% on the echelle des crus scale. 85% of this cuvee comes from the 2006 vintage and the remaining 15% is made up of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir reserve wines. The wine has spent more than two and a half years on its lees in our cellars, and rested for three months after disgorgement. Ideal as an aperitif, Brut Nature will also pair perfectly with seafood such as caviar, scallops, lobster or crab. Sushi and Asian style foods are also good matches with this wine.
