Light greenish yellow. Notes of citrus and other fruits, reminiscent of green apples, white fleshed peaches and pears, harmoniously combined with wild flowers and a touch of herbs. A fresh, fruity wine with an edgy acidity, balanced body and long finish in the mouth. As an aperitif or with green salads also good with rock fish, pastas and fresh cheeses.
