Floral and lime aromas combine with citrus and lime flavours on the palate in this elegant and dry styled Riesling. A touch of residual sugar is balanced and underpinned by a taut natural acidity delivering a dry finish on the palate. The juice was settled for clarity and then cool fermented to retain the fruit's intense varietal characters. The wine was aged briefly on yeast lees before bottling to enhance palate texture and complexity. 100% Riesling.
