This wine is characterised by its great aromatic intensity, where floral and fruity notes particularly stand out peach, banana, melon and grapefruit. On the palate it's lush, balanced and fresh, with fruit notes reappearing pear. The aftertaste is long and elegant. Parellada and Garnacha Blanca varieties offer fresh and elegant aromas of apple and pineaple. Serve chilled at 10deg C. Superb with shellfish, and traditional Mediterranean seafood cuisine.
