Nose Ripe redcurrant and cherry notes with underlying hint of stone fruit almond. Palate Warm, rich cassis and plummy sloe flavours with full sweet body. Finish Sweet fruit leads, balanced by emerging delicate tartness leaving a crisp finish. Each individually numbered bottle of this limited edition was hand crafted with skill, care and an almost fetishistical love. First they distilled their award winning London Dry Gin in their copper still, which is, and they're a little overexcited about this, the first such still in London since 1820! Then it was left to rest on wild sloe berries, hand picked from the exceptional harvest. The result is a truly handmade sloe gin that is subtle, complex and bursting with flavour.
