The Casablanca Valley is situated to the west of Santiago and south of Valparaiso. The grapes all come from Tapihue in the north of the valley, and are on the east of the coastal mountain range. The big daytimenight time variation in temperature extends the growing season, ensuring slow ripening and the best development for intensity of flavours and aromas in the grapes. This is a lifted and ripe Sauvignon Blanc, pale straw green in colour and vibrantly aromatic. Ripe citrus and tropical fruit aromas of pink grapefruit, passion fruit and guava dominate the nose. It is consistent and soft on the palate, with a pleasant acidity and a sweet passion fruit aftertaste.
