Vineyard The grapes for this wine are all sourced from Antinori's own estate vineyards within Tuscany. Winery The grapes were destemmed, crushed and gently pressed. After cold settling, the juice was racked and alcoholic fermentation took place at a temperature not exceeding 15176C. The wine was racked again, stored at a low temperature for a short period in stainless steel tanks and then bottled. Taste One of Tuscany's original roses, Cipresseto shows a delightful midpink colour, aromas of blackcurrant and cherry, and an attractive crisp balance.
