Vineyard This wine is produced from grapes from the Orvieto Classico appellation, which encompasses the area around the alluvial cliff on which the city of Orvieto is located. Winery After destemming and a gentle pressing, the must was cooled to 10 degrees C to aid natural clarification. It was then racked to temperature controlled stainless steel tanks where fermentation took place at temperatures not exceeding 18 degrees C. In order to preserve the wine's freshness and aromas, it was kept at a temperature of 10 degrees C until bottling. Taste The nose shows both floral and fruity notes, particularly pineapple and banana, while the palate is medium bodied, with more fruit and a round, delicate finish.
