Very open and aromatic on the nose with fresh limes and blossom. In the mouth, this is both rich and racy at the same time, with an appealing creamy texture. Emmerich described this as “on the top, not over it”. A delicious, vibrant Riesling to serve with fragrant Asian dishes and sushi.
