A light gold colour with a very fine mousse. Chardonnay dominance brings crisp fruit freshness and toasty notes whilst the two Pinot's add depth and character. Drink now or age for the next few years to let the brioche flavour develop further. A lovely aperitif and also perfectly suited to fresh, simple shellfish dishes. 64% Chardonnay, 14% Pinot Meunier, 22% Pinot Noir.
