Garnet in colour with an expressive, perfumed nose with aromas of wild berries, violets and a touch of smoky spice from the oak ageing. On the palate it has the characteristic fine but marked tannins and the lovely lifted acidity so typical of Nebbiolo. This is balanced by ripe, delicate fruit and a lovely raspberry fruit on the finish.
