Polycell 3 In 1 White Matt Basecoat 7L.Apply this basecoat from the Polycell 3 in 1 range to interior using a brush or roller to prepare the surface for painting. It covers hairline cracks stains patchiness strong colours but also permanently stops them from reappearing. It takes 6hours to dry and will cover up to 8 m² per litre on average.
