Made from 100% Chardonnay, this sparkling wine is made in the image of a 'blanc de blancs' Champagne, albeit with a more fruit driven New World edge, owing to the long ripening of the specially selected Chardonnay clones on Hawke's Bay's alluvial river terraces. Elegantly styled yet intensely fruity, showing zesty lime notes over a backdrop of white peach flavour. Crisp acidity and delicate minerality provide a complex and enduring mouthfeel.
