The majority of the fruit for this wine was sourced from the superior quality vineyards from around the village of Loché, southwest of Mâcon in southern Burgundy. Made in a fresh, clean and fruity style with subtle green apple and pear flavours with a pleasant minerally finish. A nice apéritif, this will also partner fish dishes and chicken well.
