Colour Very intense ruby red. Bouquet Very complex with an explosion of ripe black cherries and small black berries very spicy, white pepper, chocolate and tobacco. Flavour Very structured and complex, great balance, everlasting finish. Grapes 100% Sangiovese. Position Single vineyard at steep hillside at 400 meters above sea level. Training System Guyot. Harvest After October 10th, by hand. Vinification Process After a second grape quality control, 20 days of maceration at a controlled temperature of 28 30 degrees C with soft extraction process and frequent punch downs. Aging 11 months in French barriques and tonneaux of first and second use. Production 22 hlha.
