Light gold in colour. Perfumed nose of orange flowers with a spicy note. Sparkle for this wine with ripe apricot accents in which a fruity roundness and refreshing acidity combine. This year, the Languedoc vineyards benefited from a dry summer without overheating. These weather conditions added to precise harvest dates allowed to harvest grapes with beautiful acidity. The wines are characterized by the freshness of the fruit. A very good vintage 2014 with wine cooler profiles but that are sure complexity. Limited stock, 2015 vintage coming soon.
