A bouquet of dense but elegant red and black fruit is interspersed with dried flowers, orange zest, game, plums, spice and leather all contribute, but the pure, kirsch flavoured fruit dominates the nose. Red fruits are layered on the palate with darker berries, together with a chalky minerality, firm acidity, and plenty of finely tuned tannins. The finish is dark fruit and focused. Limited stock.
