Yellow in colour with hints of light straw. On the nose it stands out for its intensity and elegant finesse. It is characterised by a predominance of fruity notes peach, apricot and melon accompanied by lactic, toasted and honey notes. In the mouth it is voluptuous and potent, with a smooth development and a long, elegant finish. This chardonnay combines well with fish dishes, such as salmon and tuna, or even paella. It is also a good accompaniment for white meat dishes and poultry, such as chicken, in light sauces.
