Indesit I5ESHW Electric Cooker in White

The Indesit I5ESHW Electric Cooker in White is a 50cm wide freestanding Electric Oven with an integral Electric Grill and a 4 element Sealed Plate Electric Hob. This Indesit electric cooker is supplied with a 61 litre capacity conventional electric oven and has heating elements installed in both the top and the bottom of the oven cavity. Convection Cooking is the traditional cooking method where both the Top and Bottom heating elements are switched on and heat is circulated evenly throughout the oven. Bottom Mode when this mode is selected only the lower heating element is activated. This is ideal for pastry and for baking and is recommended for completing the cooking of dishes in baking trays which are already cooked on the surface but require further cooking in the centre. Top Mode activates the upper heating element and generates extremely high and direct temperatures this makes it possible to sear and brown the surface of meats and roasts locking in the juices to keep the meat moist and tender. In addition to the cooking functions the oven has a full width electric grill a dish warmer facility and an interior light. The oven door has a removable inner glass panel which can be quickly and easily removed to aid easy cleaning. The Indesit Electric Cookers hob unit contains 4 Sealed Plate Electric Elements and comprises of two Medium sized 1.5Kw elements and two Large 2Kw elements. Additionally the cooker has a heat deflector which is fitted directly above the oven door this protects the control dials and prevents damage caused by heat it also a very useful safety feature.
