The Ewbank Chilli 3 impressed us in all our tests. Transformer vacs are convenient and space saving, but their performance is usually disappointing not so the Chilli. It has a really powerful 1000W motor and cyclonic action that picks up fine particles that others miss, on hard floors as well as carpets. Its lightweight at only 2kg, and compact enough to get into areas that bulky cleaners just cant reach. Changing from upright to handheld takes only seconds thanks to a quick release system.
