This is a full bodied Chardonnay which displays vineyard derived complexity and elegance. Naturally made with a hands of' approach it is food friendly and age worthy. It vividly exhibits the lime and stone fruit notes of Bay View Chardonnay with the more mineral characters of the Gimblett Gravels. Subtle oak and lees derived complexity from long term barrel ageing adds further complexity.
