From the Alto Maipo area close to the Andes Mountains where cool nights and warm days create ideal conditions for growing Cabernet Sauvignon. The grapes are harvested by hand and matured in contact with French oak. Aromas of blackcurrant and blueberry emanate from the glass followed by an intensely fruity palate of dark plum and blackcurrant lifted by a spicy and refined finish. Perfect with seared steak or a rich meat based casserole.
