A mix of Cabernet Sauvignon, of Carignan with a dominance of Cinsault and a hint of Grenache, the Hochar Pere et Fils is partially aged in oak vats from 6 to 9 months. It is bottled in its 2nd year before being released to the market. Chateau Musar recommends decanting prior to serving.
