This sparkling wine, expression of the highest effervescent experience of the company, is created from a selection of the best grapes early harvested, in order to obtain a must with higher acidity, while retaining a great potential of perfume during its fermentation. The Metodo Classico wine is carbonised by the Company with Lugana Trebbiano grapes and reaches the vintage in the best harvests.
