This Pinot Noir is made using the traditional Burgundy method and is made to be approachable throughout their lives a useful philosophy for Burgundy philes. It is fruit forward with lots of raspberry, cherry and blackcurrant notes. Intense red ruby with some delicate violet aromas alongside some heartier, riper raspberry and strawberry fruit. The palate is fruit forward with soft tannins and heaps of blackcurrant, liquorice and black cherry notes. This wine is a Vin de Pays d'Oc meaning it is a Vin de Pays from the Languedoc region. It is made from the Pinot Noir grape and is quite light for a red wine. It is refreshingly soft and juicy and has flavours and aromas of raspberries and red cherries.
