The grapes from vines over 50 years old in vineyards near Haro, La Rioja Alta are specifically chosen to become Cirsion Cirsion has a deep, blackish purple colour, its aromas unravel in successive waves of very black fruit, damp earth, violets, chocolate and mint, eucalyptus, smoke. On the palate, it has huge volume combining in astonishing manner great structure with wonderful smoothness. Layers and layers of aromas and flavours which linger in the mouth, caressing it before developing into a finish that stays in the mouth and returns to the nose. It is advisable to decant the wine several hours before serving, especially the younger vintages. Limited stock.
