The 'Waiters' Friend' is a classic corkscrew model that combines a knife to remove capsules and a simple lever type mechanism to extract corks and crown seals. We use them all the time at our tastings, they are brilliant for everyday use. Adnams' corkscrew is double action hence the 'd action' product description. The first action pulls the cork up, then move to the second part to fully release the cork the double action prevents premature cork breakage.
