Developed in conjunction with award winning mixologist Wayne Collins, this stainless steel spoon has all the necessary functions as well as some extras. It has a cross cut effect to its solid round top to help with roughing soft fruits etc in a glass and most importantly has a double sided spoon giving you a 0.5cl fifth of oz measure on one side and a 0.25cl Tenth of oz measure on the other. This allows for an accurate measurement of a 1.25cl Half oz half measure!
