Canny cooks have discovered the benefits of baking on silicone sheets they're totally hygienic, heat resistant to 260°C, naturally non stick and wash up in seconds. But this clever invention moves the idea on a stage. Here, the sheet is braced flat by a steel frame which is supported on two raised bars so when your cakes or biscuits are cooling there's no risk of scorching the worktop or kitchen counter. When you're done, simply remove the frame and roll up the sheet to store in minimum space.
