Wild cherry and plum notes with long, fine, silky tannins. Following hand harvest, the grapes were sorted and fermented. After additional two weeks post ferment maceration, the wine was matured for 7 months in French barriques.

Complex and restrained with roasted nuts and nougat flavours and hints of citrus blossom, ample texture and long fine acidity. Hand harvested and hand selected whole bunches were gently pressed. The fermentation took place in new French oak barrels.

Ripe citrus notes with fine, high, tensile acidity. The Free run juice was cool fermented in stainless steel in order to preserve fruit purity and characters. Matured for 4 months before bottling.
