The Jourdan family have been growing grapes for several generations, but have only been making wines under their own family label since the early 1980's when they created this particular domaine, which overlooks the Bassin de Thau. Light lemon green in colour, this is a crisp and youthful white wine full of fresh citrus fruit flavours, accented with subtle hints of fennel, green pepper and lime zest. Made for fish and seafood. Try it with brandade de morue, Provence's typical salt cod speciality.
