The Boudin family own some of the oldest vines in the appellation of Chablis. The wines are subjected to winemaking atypical in Chablis, resulting in wines that are much richer than typical Chablis. Hints of green apple, lime and citrus as well as warm ripe stone fruits, almost moving into tropical aromas. A weightier palate than usual, with stone fruits, citrus fruits and medium levels of acidity. Enjoy as an apéritif or as an accompaniment to seafood. Drinking well now but with the potential to cellar for three years.
