This is the 2013 vintage of Vestal Pomorze, which is produced by using Asterix potatoes grown in a historic region near the Baltic coast. Smooth and brilliantly flavoursome. Nose Light berry and pine tree notes, with hints of white pepper. Palate Warming with cracked black pepper and brown sugar. Liquorice brings a subtle sweetness. Finish A drying finish. Overall Well balanced earthy and sweet notes throughout.
