Based on his 2013 release ‘To The Last Drop Slick’ features a crushed oil drumbarrel decorated with the stars and stripes to look like the American flag. With recent events in the USA Ryan Callanan felt it was time to re visit this work, the monochrome pallet reflecting his feeling that the colour had gone from the Stars and Stripes.
