If the light on the Cooking Level Indicator is yellow this means your steak will be rare. As the Cooking Level Indicator changes colour to orange your steak will be medium. When the light turns red your meat will be well done. With its unique and ingenious Automatic Sensor Cooking capabilities the OptiGrill modifies how it cooks according to how thick the meat is and how many portions you're preparing.
