An Alp speciality, Stroh Jagertee hunters' tea is an Austrian rum, blended with spices, black tea extract, lemon and caramelised sugar and was developed by Sebastian Stroh in 1864. Try mixing 1 part Jagertree with 4 parts tea or hot water. Alternatively, try as a shot over ice.
