Staritsky Levitsky Reserve Vodka is produced in Ukrainian Precarpathia a region known for the purity and richness of its nature and environment. The spring water used during the production process is enriched by quartz, which adds to the deliberate smoothness of the vodka. They only use spirit made of the best Ukrainian grains predominantly a rye based cereal mash, which are harvested from the 'black earth', arguably the best agricultural soil in the world.
