This wine is named Bull Block after the stud Jersey bulls who previously grazed on a paddock on this site. Dense crimson. Lifted notes of boysenberry and black cherries with toasty oak notes. A delicious, luscious wine with ripe flavours of black cherries, dark plums and boysenberries. This wine has a fine tannin structure which complements the lifted spicy French oak. Perfect for drinking immediately this wine will continue to develop for at least another 5 years from vintage date.
