More functions for efficient cooking There are eight cooking functions to choose from with your Smeg Linea SF109S Oven , including fanned heat, fan with top and bottom heat, and an Eco mode. A Rapid Pre Heat option helps you to reach the chosen temperature more quickly and efficiently. Using the fan gives you brilliantly even temperature distribution that makes for more consistent results in less time it's especially good for batch baking and similar applications. Combine the top and bottom heating elements in various ways to achieve different temperature intensities on each level, so that you can prepare different dishes simultaneously. Built in grilling The Smeg Linea SF109S Electric Oven includes a grill in the top of the cavity that lets you prepare food in a healthy or alternative way. Seal in moisture and achieve distinctive flavours, or add a golden brown colour and crispy texture to all manner of meals. You can make use of the full oven cavity while grilling, and the fan can be used in conjunction with the grill for faster, more consistent results. Save energy and cook safely The Smeg SF109S has an Ecologic feature which can be set to limit the oven's power to just 2.3 W. While this slightly increases cooking times, it's a contemporary function that really saves on energy and reduces your carbon footprint. Pour a little water into the hollow at the base of the oven and activate the Vapour Clean function that makes oven maintenance simple by using steam to loosen debris. Easy clean enamel makes it effortless to wipe away grease and mess, and you can even remove the door glass for thorough cleansing.
