Aromas of jasmine tea, honeysuckle, walnut. Upon tasting, fruit notes develop into spices and nutmeg. A 30 year old cognac from Grande Champagne only. The fresh citrus that characterized the Pierre Ferrand Ambre is now crystallized fruit. The dried roses of the Pierre Ferrand Reserve have compacted and intensified into jasmine and violet. The soft cinnamon has become spicy warm ginger, laced with nutmeg. There's floral honey, and toasted nut, and soft vanilla. The finish is a cedarmenthol tang.
