Andrew Wigan, Chief Winemakers notes Colour is vibrant lemon with a green tinge. The bouquet shows classical Eden Valley lime juice characters a nd hints of freshly baked bread and honey which is a characteristic of bottle development. The palate is pristine and finishes dry with zesty minerality. While already showing excellent development from five years in the bottle, the wine will continue to gather richness and complexity with another 5 10 years of careful storage in a cool area.
