Clear and transparent, like water, with the volatile scent of a wine bouquet. The palate is harmonious, mild and slightly sweet. Paganini Grappa is an authentic Italian Grappa, made from distilling the marc of wine making the left over skins, pulp, seeds and stems. Grappa is primarily served as a 'digestivo' or after dinner drink. It may also be added to espresso coffee to create a Caffe Correcto corrected coffee. Or, after finishing a cup of espresso with sugar, a few drops of grappa are poured into the nearly empty cup, swirled and drunk down in one sip.
