When we were looking for a range of shag pile rugs to offer our customers, we first looked at wool weaves. Although they were luxurious, we found they had a tendency to shed. So we turned to the more affordable Milan range of rugs. Woven from polyester we thought they would be inferior yet surprisingly they feel every bit as soft underfoot. Of course, they far more durable and affordable too.
