Appearance Pale gold. Body Light to Medium. Nose unreduced Sweet, malty with some green apples. Also slight sulphury notes. Nose 30% Similar to the unreduced nose fresh fruity, with traces of 'Spangles' and acid drops, and still a hint of background sulphur. Taste Rich, fresh and appetising. Well balanced, with a grassy start, developing a surprising dryness. Finish Dry, with a very light smokiness.
