To the eye A straw yellow colour, slightly amber. On the nose Aromas of dried fig, apricot and pear, mixed with overtones of biscuit. On the palate Delicate attack, great fullness and a satisfying, lively finish. A supreme example of a full bodied wine exhibiting delicacy and elegance. Best enjoyed at special meal occasions, particulary suited to accompany fish and white meat. Grape 48% Chardonnay, 52% Pinot Noir.
