Wine maker's notes To the eye Lanson Extra Age Blanc de Blancs presents a light gold robe brought to life by a long lasting ribbon of tiny bubbles. On the nose the aromas of white flowers evoke hawthorn and lime blossom, providing an airy feel. On the palate the attack is soft, opening into notes of summer pear, white peach and fine pastry. The finish is precise, ending with a mineral freshness.
