Prestige selection wines are blended from Josmeyer's most favoured vineyards in Wintzenheim, Turckheim and Wettolsheim. The grapes are hand picked and carefully chosen from vines a minimum of 35 years old. This cuvee signs the foundation of the Domain in 1854. Supple, chewy and surprisingly dry, even a bit youthfully aggressive, with fruit salad flavours currently dominated by brisk acidity. Serve with mushroom lentils beans risotto meat terrine veal mountain cheese vacherin, reblochon, St Nectaire.
